You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a FREE return. Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn & unwashed.
Please contact us at kristen@kristenfoxrainwear.com and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please be sure to put your order number in the subject line for returns.
Please allow at least 6 business days for your return to be processed by our team. Refunds will appear back to the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days.

If you would like to exchange for a different style/color/size, please email us within 30 days of receipt of original order, and then we will send you a code for FREE shipping to place your new order.
